Job Summary:

Al Othaim Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a key role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. The role requires a proactive approach to driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Implement performance management processes and provide coaching to managers for employee development.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management processes.
  • Lead compensation and benefits reviews to maintain competitive market positioning.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
