Job Summary:
Al Othaim Entertainment is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a key role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. The role requires a proactive approach to driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement performance management processes and provide coaching to managers for employee development.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support change management processes.
- Lead compensation and benefits reviews to maintain competitive market positioning.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
