Profile Middle East is looking for: Engineering Manager.
MISSION:
Responsible for managing and supervising the engineering activities and defining solutions to engineering problems that may arise during construction.
TASKS:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle;
- Overseeing the execution of engineering activities, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and project timelines;
- Collaborating with project engineers / project managers to achieve project goals;
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure that engineering activities meet specified standards;
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with engineering and safety requirements;
- Prioritizing and enforcing safety protocols and practices for engineering activities;
- Conducting safety briefings, risk assessments, and ensuring the implementation of safe work procedures;
- Providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and resolutions;
- Managing resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support field engineering activities;
- Collaborating with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required resources.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering;
- 15+ years of experience in the role with a focus on EPC Oil & Gas projects;
- Proven leadership experience in managing numerous engineering teams.

- Contract Duration: Long-term;
- Working schedule: 9 hours x 5 days;
- Starting date: February 2024.
