Operations Lead

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent degree in Engineering
  • Senior Operations profile with Field experience and previous experience gained in Offshore Operations (OTL minimum), and Production Management positions (10+ years minimum). Knowledge of Al Shaheen Field is a plus.
  • Sound understanding of Production, Process and Flow Assurance Engineering, Reliability, Operability and Maintainability Engineering
  • Language: Fluent English,
  • Computer literate with good communication and transverse skills,
  • Experience in stakeholder/Shareholder communication and management
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
  • Good analytical skills,
  • Available for frequent missions on and offshore (H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET training required)
