Qualifications and Skills:

  2. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English and Arabic.
  3. Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
  4. Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting technical issues.
  5. Proficiency in using communication tools and software, including Email, Trello, and any other collabrition apps.
  6. Previous experience in customer support or related roles is advantageous.
  7. Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Ability to sell.
