This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at AL SADARA MANPOWER.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is located in Doha, Qatar.

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
