  • Provide comprehensive logistics (marine spread) support service to the Project teams, working closely with all entities and EPC contractors.
  • Major Projects involve the development of new offshore platforms linked to the existing facilities, installation of subsea pipelines, all these activities could be executed across several international sites.

Your Tasks

  • HSE
  • Ensure the compliance and awareness of with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Policy.
  • Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes.
  • Achieve continuous quality and cost optimization improvements.
  • Create an environment in which a focus on value awareness is developed and constantly think in terms of cost/benefit trade-off.
  • Identify and adopt creative and alternative approaches to problem-solving and encourage others to do the same. Operations Management
  • Ensure marine spread offshore mobilization readiness on all aspects, coordination with various department and CPY Marine representative for review, preparation, and vessel readiness.
  • Jack-Up/Accommodation Barge mobilization including preparation (technical review, documentation, surveys, site visit, etc.) until completion of rig move and demobilization stage.
  • Follow up meetings with EPC contractor to ensure all aspects/requirements are covered and liaise with NOC entities for internal coordination (studies approval, gangway, rig move, communication, E&I, HSE, lifting, etc.).
  • Inspection at Vessel Charter facilities
  • Supervise overall offshore daily activities on marine topics & Marine coordination with CPY stakeholders.
  • Liaising internally with Marine entities to ensure that EPC contractors marine spread is approved and in line with CTR marine spread strategy to entry of vessel into ALS field.
  • Ensure helideck approval by GHC/ Aviation whenever applicable.
  • Ensure all vessels operating for MP are registered in Dawinci with accurate POB.
  • Dawinci Data Compliance for Offshore personnel.
  • Vendor POB Mobilization coordination for MP. Reporting
  • Weekly activities report to Lead, Project Logistics.

Your Profile

  • Engineering and / or Business degree and /or Diploma
  • Logistics operations with Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics for Oil and Gas industry (Drilling, Production, Projects, and Construction)
  • Good knowledge of Logistics means involved in the Oil and Gas activity (Marine Vessels, Lifting Handling Equipment) and international standards linked to Lifting Handling, Marine Transportation and HSE
  • Adaptability, Problem solving, Communication skills with numerous entities, flexible and firm in terms of Respect of HSE rules.

  • Decision making
  • English fluent.
  • Advanced knowledge & experience in use of relevant computer systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
