Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with company objectives and comply with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage compensation structures and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary structures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and incentive schemes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for senior management decision-making.
- Manage salary reviews, promotions, and annual bonus processes.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Advise management on compensation strategies and policy development.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing compensation and benefits programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compensation regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification in Compensation (e.g., CCP) or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience in the investment, real estate, or financial services sectors.
