  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Proactively identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to enhance their experience
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience while handling customer complaints or challenging situations, turning them into positive experiences
  • Adhere to established service levels, response times, and quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction targets
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team success

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work setting
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work
