Airswift is seeking for a Business Analyst to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering alternatively relevant experience in oil and gas industry
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports Business Division Manager with ongoing project reporting, schedule control, change management and other ad-hoc business team deliverables.
- Assess and analyse EPC Contractor’s project controls performance in the areas of execution planning, progress measurement and reporting.
- Assess project team requirements and needs (dashboards, monthly, weekly, risk, action tracking and KPI reports).
- Develop, coordinate, and compile input from PMT team members for shareholders and stakeholders’ requirements (presentations, reports, etc).
- Participate in PMT evaluation of EPC Contractor change requests including assessment of schedule and cost impacts.
- Assists PMT in developing schedule corrective actions and recovery plans.
- Coordinate collection of business team deliverables as required by audit program.
- Assist in developing project close out report to ensure that detailed information on project performance is retained.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of major EPC project experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Broad experience in project controls, including cost, schedule, progress reporting, procurement, and change management.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience associated with engineering, procurement, and construction of large onshore LNG plants.
- Team player, flexible and experienced of working in a diverse team environment.
