JOB SCOPE:

The Sales Operations Analyst supports the global sales organization with timely access to business systems, and the integrity of S&C data, and ensures the adoption/utilization of associated digital platforms. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for business systems access requests and approvals and is accountable for data quality checks and identifying positive and/or negative trends. This person is responsible for supporting sales end-users adoption of key processes and digital platforms, and for validating internally captured data and 3rd party reported information. The Sales Operations Analyst is the point of contact for feedback and queries for frontline sales, including those received via InTouch, and improves S&C data accuracy and integrity in general.

 

Responsibilities

  • Engages with the sales end-users for effective utilization of digital capabilities and data analysis.
  • Drives Activity, Pipeline, and Market Share digital initiatives, including Corp Dashboard usage.
  • Contributes to improving Pipeline and Commercial score.
  • Maintains an updated stakeholder map for the S&C function.
  • Establishes a network of geographic and BL champions.
  • Actively participates in OS-IT product sprint reviews.
  • Interfaces with the product development team to validate ongoing development and share front-end user queries and feedback.
  • Prepares and delivers high-quality summaries, progress updates, and data analysis for senior management.
