Responsibilities
- Liaising with Developers, Landlords to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximize the selling value
- Source for all available properties for sale, rent and short-lets within designated neighbourhoods
- Maintain and update listings (Properties) available in designated neighbourhoods
- Handle all enquiries about properties from potential clients
- Take prospective buyers or renters to view properties
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and handing over of keys
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales and leasing operations in designated neighbourhoods
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal networks.
· Negotiate prices within the range agreed as per the pricing strategy.
· Sign leases and contracts and coordinate with Leasing Administration function for documentation and filing.
· Coordinate with Legal and Finance for contracts and payments/ revenue booking.
· Validates and verifies all documentation submitted by the customers, prior to processing a sale to ensure compliance with the policy at all times.
· Prospects and meets clients outside.
· Conducts viewing for prospects.
· Ensures compliance with the sales policies at all times
· Follows-up with own customers for signing sales agreements.
· Provides customers information on legalities of purchasing property.
· Promptly responds to all enquiries received and ensures high level of customer service.
· Making reports daily, weekly and on monthly basis to the Head of Department
Qualifications
- + 5 Years’ experience in Commercial Sales & Leasing.
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Excellent negotiation skills,
Excellent Sales skills.
- Good numerical reasoning abilities.
- Customer service oriented.
