Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering with around 25 years of extensive experience in working with Major EPC/Construction companies and exposure to major international projects.
NEBOSH Health & Safety Diploma (or equivalent) Certification.
Should have led the HSE function for large EPC Projects/ managing HSE performance and implementing health, safety and environmental strategies within as Unit/Project Head at Corporate level or Large EPC Projects
Should have relevant offshore experience across the value chain of EPC projects. (i.e., Design HSE – Procurement – HSE during the execution & commissioning stage). This experience could be either as part of one single project (end to end) or the candidate can have handled these roles and moved across these functions.
Middle East experience will be of advantage
Responsible to drive HSE function for Offshore International Projects
Will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong safety culture and striving for continuous performance improvement across offshore Projects
Provide support and contribute to the HSE LTEH Offshore project team to develop and implement policies, systems and procedures and ensure compliance to standards are consistent through all phases of the Project
Identify and advise on development of HSE risk control measures.
Ensure that quality systems and quality assurance activities within the Offshore Business are performed in accordance with corporate (Group LTHE HSE) guidelines.
Develop of Project HSE plans
Drive initiative and maintain HSE reports.
Build the offshore HSE capability to ensure top class delivery of projects clients.
Create, maintain and enhance client relationships by representing LTHE HSE team.
As part of the Leadership team will have to work closely with the Business Heads to position Offshore Business as a preferred partner with top National/International Oil Companies across the globe.
