Senior Quality Analyst

  • JOB PURPOSE

Ensure that all company products and services meet quality standards before they go to market. Their responsibilities include understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards, and developing quality control processes. Establishing policies and continually monitoring proper implementation of them by the governing body of EMAKN.


Functional Accountabilities


  • PF Loans Request


To analyse the Contracts Signed by the Company with the customer to ensure the Loan not breached the GDBR & Product DBR.


To monitor the governance of all loan requests on daily basis and evaluate risks to ensure the requests are aligned with the requirements of Emkan Credit regulations and policy.


  • Business Support


To ensure applying rescheduling for all requests that breach GDBR in efficient manner.


Performs analyses on budget, products, processes, or programs as necessary.


To ensure working on any work-related requests needed by the line manager


  • Operational Excellence


Review the other departments work duties are within the guidelines of the required quality process.


Work closely with customer care, sales, credit & collection, risk management, business development, IT and any other related department in the company that requires quality.


  • Reporting

Prepares departmental reports of EMKAN in a timely and accurate manner to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.


Responsible for confidentiality of information that they have access to or came across during their employment at EMKAN.


  • Regulatory and compliance


Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.


Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations.


Qualifications and experience


  • Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or any other relevant field.


  • Experience


Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience in in credit operations, at a Banking or Financial institution preferred


  • Knowledge and Skills


Knowledge of Financial regulations locally and internationally


Analytical and conceptual skills


Time management


Communication and interpersonal skills


Good Knowledge of the English language


Accurate in verifying certain conditions.


Dedicated and can handle work pressure.
