Compliance Officer

Job Purpose:



The Compliance Officer is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and implementing regulatory compliance across the insurance company's operations. This includes developing policies and procedures, conducting audits, training employees on compliance matters, and ensuring the company’s adherence to the Insurance Authority (IA) regulations and other relevant insurance laws. The Compliance Officer will collaborate with internal departments to address compliance issues, maintain regulatory filings, and safeguard the organization from legal and reputational risks

Qualificati


  • ons and Skills:
    Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or
  • a related field.Relevant certifications such as Certified Compliance Officer (CCO) or equiva
  • lent are a plus.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in the insurance or financial
  • services sector.Strong understanding of IA regulations and Saudi insuranc
  • e industry laws.Experience in developing compliance policies, conducting audits, and managing reg
  • ulatory filings.Experience in Compliance related functions (Anti-fraud, Anti-Corruption
  • , AML & CTF)Excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks and complianc
