Job Overview:
To manage programs with an array of services required for Procurement and Contracts services.
Tasks and Duties:
- Manage and oversee the procurement and contracting activities.
- Prepare SoW and RFP for multiple packages in alignment with the project requirements and the Government Tenders and Procurement System, including preparing and managing general and special conditions as well as ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Support in the tendering process in coordination with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead contract management activities and provide required support to team members and colleagues.
- Oversee and maintain the organization’s interfaces with relevant suppliers and service delivery organizations.
- Discovering profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
- Maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures, and prepare, update, and maintain contracting forms and templates.
- Maintain a centralized contract database, tracking contract milestones, renewals, and amendments.
- Identify and address any risks, non-compliance, or performance issues related to contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor / Masters Degree in Engineering or Equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of Experience in managing project management, contracts, or equivalent.
- Professional Certificates such as (PMP - CMRP - PMI etc.) is a plus.
