Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Further education or certification in technical fields (e.g., mechanical, electrical, or automation certification) is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing plant or industrial setting (preferred).
- Experience in handling production machinery, electrical systems, and industrial equipment maintenance.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in maintaining industrial machinery and factory equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and machine manuals.
- Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and industrial automation.
- Skilled in using measurement tools (multimeters, ammeters, voltmeters, etc.) for technical diagnostics.

- Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues with machinery and equipment efficiently.
- Competence in diagnosing mechanical and electrical system problems.
