AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, overseeing project delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional service. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be vital in helping clients achieve their business objectives through our technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project execution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions to clients
- Monitor account performance, manage contract renewals, and address any issues that arise
- Prepare and present regular account updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts and lead generation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, providing insights to clients regarding potential impacts on their business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- SAP knowledge or YPP graduate is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management or client services, preferably in the technology sector
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and the ability to articulate their value to clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in presenting to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and effectively manage client expectations
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
