Pinsent Masons is an internal law firm with 27 offices globally. The firm has four offices in the Middle East; Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai and Riyadh. Pinsent Masons obtained a foreign law licence last year and is now in the process of building the team in Saudi Arabia, so this role will provide a huge opportunity for ownership and development.
The purpose of the HR Executive role is to provide a proactive all-round HR operational support to the Riyadh office on a variety of activities, ranging from employee relations, learning & development, performance and talent management to recruitment and administrative support.
Our standard working hours are 8:30am-5.30pm Sunday to Thursday.
Candidate Overview
We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Labour Law, regulatory requirements and immigration processes.
- Familiar with HR policies and processes.
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Must be a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia national.
