Accountabilities of the position
We are looking for self-motivated sales professionals, who will be accountable for developing business for instruments and consumables from the assigned accounts in Life Science/Genomic Research/Clinical Genomics/Food Safety/Forensics segments.
- Drive Profitable consumable and instrument sales by achieving order targets on half-yearly basis.
- Prepare, Align and Implement account strategy in the designated accounts.
- Understanding Budget, Identifying competition etc right from the beginning of an opportunity in order to position the right products to maximise winning rate.
- Maintain healthy Sales funnel and do accurate monthly forecast for every next 6 months.
- Ensure Accounts Receivable under control to keep the DSO within the agreed target by helping accounts receivable team.
- Ensure Overall customer satisfaction, one of the key expected deliverables, by maintaining minimum possible turnaround time in each Sales Process.
• Build and maintain relationships across all levels and functions within the accounts
Skills
Profile of Candidate :
We are looking for organised professionals with Sales, Time management & Negotiation skills who is willing to develop his/her career in this line.
• Proven Sales track record in Instrument/Consumable business in Life Science/Clinical Genomics/Food Safety segment.
• Technical knowledge to understand Technical specifications, Terms & Conditions etc during bidding of tenders and closing of orders are inevitable.
• Effective communication skill of being specific rather than generic, while conveying details to company management as well as customers is essential.
• Ability to perform negotiations based on Value Added selling approach citing inherent value of product.
• Skills in using CRM software for sales process. Candidate must develop thorough knowledge of CRM software of our company in minimum possible period.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
• Masters/Bachelors in Bio Technology/Molecular Biology
