  • Supervision: supervise a team of control center staff, ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and performing their duties effectively. This includes scheduling shifts, managing performance, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: serves as the primary point of contact for communication between different departments within the terminal, as well as with external stakeholders such as ship captains, truck drivers, and other service providers.
  • Monitoring and Control: oversee the monitoring and control of all terminal operations from the control center, including the movement of containers, vessels, and equipment. They ensure that operations are carried out efficiently and safely.
  • Problem-solving: The Control Center Manager is responsible for identifying and addressing any issues or disruptions in terminal operations promptly. They must make quick and effective decisions to resolve problems and minimize downtime.

Experience and Qualification:


  • 10 Years experience in the same role.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or any relevant specialization.
  • Proven experience in container terminal operations management.
  • Strong track record in operations management.
  • Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking).
  • Advance in Microsoft Office.
