General Job Objective: The position is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project in a timely manner within the specified budget and available resources to the satisfaction of the client

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plan / schedule and revise as appropriate to meet changing client needs and requirements
• Identify and plan the resources needed for overall project and specific tasks and assign individual responsibilities to each project staff member
• Manage day-to-day operational aspect of the project and scope; monitor progress against established milestones and take corrective and preventive actions in case of any deviations / delays
• Review all deliverables / submittals prepared by the project team and ensure their timely submission to and approval from the consultant / client; conduct and facilitate team and client meetings effectively to resolve issues
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in line with Citiscape’s policies and procedures to minimize the Company’s exposure to possible risks of noncompliance
• Monitor project progress and resource utilization on a continuous basis; ensure timely and accurate billing and follow-up with consultant / client regarding unpaid project bills
• Ensure timely and efficient closeout of the overall project and ensure all project documents / submittals are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

Qualifications: Bachelor (or preferably Masters) degree in Engineering in related discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Agricultural etc.) with preferably a PMP certification or any other project management related certification.

Experience: 6 – 9 years of project management experience in the construction sector with at least 4 years in a managerial role on large-scale projects
