Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The ideal candidate will have strong HR expertise and a proven ability to work in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Build relationships with agencies and job boards to attract top talent.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support employee engagement and retention efforts.

Performance Management:

  • Assist with performance appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Help managers address performance issues and maintain a performance-driven culture.

HR Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including employee records, payroll, and HRIS.
  • Ensure accurate processing of attendance, benefits, and other administrative tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure competitive compensation structures and assist with salary benchmarking.

Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining HR documentation and preparing for audits.


Qualifications:


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or similar setting.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
