We are looking to hire a highly driven Senior Business Analyst to assist the company in improving business efficiency and managing commercial systems.
The Senior Business Analyst’s responsibilities involve managing commercial systems, including overseeing project rollouts, maintenance, and ensuring system stability. You will also be responsible for drafting, governing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across functions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Analytical tasks will include creating weekly/monthly reports showing business performance, system performance, solution effectiveness. You will work cross-functionally (IT, Sales, marketing, and Supply Chain) to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Systems Management: Oversee commercial systems (project roll-outs, system maintenance, and enhancements).
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Draft, govern, and maintain SOPs to ensure operational efficiency and alignment.
- Core Analytical Work: Conduct system audits, assessing performance against SOPs.
- Systems Improvement: Maintain, test, and improve business and systems operations.
- Business Improvement Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities across workstreams.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate ideas and viewpoints to senior management and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Reporting & BI Tools: Migrate reports from Excel to BI tools, act as a Business Intelligence super user, and plan future business upgrades and improvements.
- Project Management: Ensure project targets and deadlines are met by evaluating team performance.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field
- 2+ years of experience in related industries.
- FMCG Sales Experience (Preferred)/Auditing/ Marketing/Analysis/Consultancy
- Familiar with SAP Systems, and knowledge in Sales Force.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar applicable roles (Sales, IT, Auditing).
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with BI tools and migrating reports from Excel.
