• On call support with customers to troubleshoot and fix issues
• Ability to travel up on a regular basis to client sites
• System maintenance visits to customer site: the scope of the visits shall be agreed on with customer before visits.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness to the clients’ requests.
• Directly report to the Technical Manager
• Client interface as needed for any of the following: software implementation or upgrade, problem resolution, enhancements, specialized reporting, training, etc.
• Implement software while adhering to the project management model for smooth delivery of standard implementations

Skills

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering
• Saudi nationality / Saudi Passport
• Residing in Eastern province (Dammam, Khobar, etc.)
• 0 to 3 years of experience
• Be a good problem detector and solver
• Good coordination skills and a team player.
• Ability to adapt to client communication styles and personalities
• Responsible, hard worker, committed, willing to learn and able to follow instructions
