At INTECSA, we are currently seeking a HR Administrator for our branch in Saudi Arabia, based in our offices in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Contracting (documentation, insurances, visa...)
- Payroll Management.
- GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance).
- Iqamas (Residency Permits).
- Medical Insurance.
- Assist in the implementation of systems for attendance control, vacation management, and expense procedures.
- Request and maintain custody of employee documents.
- Involvement in internal payroll management.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR department functions.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Spanish language skills are highly valued.
- Experience working with Spanish companies (engineering or construction) operating in Saudi Arabia is highly valued.
- Saudi nationality.
