The Role

As an Executive Assistant, your role is to serve the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by providing comprehensive support to the executive team and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

All members of the Executive Office are responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our leadership, contributing to our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our operations.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. Red Sea Global Hospitality employees continuously innovate in caring for the needs of the business, their guests, and their colleagues. As an Executive Assistant, you will need to:

  • Provide high-level administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist in tracking departmental budgets and expenditures, providing insights as needed.
  • Participate in and support special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
  • Perform any additional duties as required for operational smoothness.
