Job Summary

Our client are looking for a dedicated Documentation & Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the accurate handling of documentation for Import and Export shipments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a foundational understanding of shipping and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and requests related to Import and Export shipments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of the documentation process for RORO (Roll-on/Roll-off), General Cargo, and Container shipments, including manifest checking, customer notifications, amendments, and inserting data into Asycoda.
  • Manage the operational aspects of ISO Tanks and Containers for both Import and Export.
  • Oversee the delivery orders process to ensure efficient logistics management.
  • Calculate customer invoices and process payments accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in Shipping and Logistics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language, with very good command.
