To receive and take the correspondence and letters from Strategic Partners. To check and review each document and correct the language mistakes if existed. To sign and send each document or letter to its own intended department.
- Editing, reviewing, and proofreading the sent documents before sending them to the Intended receiver.
- Signing each edited and reviewed document by the editor's name himself.
- Committing to the company policies by keeping the privacy of the received confidential documents.
- Ensuring and securing the delivery of the documentations to the Internal or External Partners.
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned by the reporting line.
- Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :
2 - 4 years of similar field.
Education & Certifications :
Bachelor in Arabic language is preferred .
A diploma in any field is required.
