General Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably as a General Manager in the Same Sector.
- Strong understanding of diverse business functions, including operations, finance, and marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to enhance growth and profitability. Collaborate with the executive team to set organizational goals and objectives.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including production, sales, marketing, and customer service, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures. Analyze financial data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics and evaluate progress. Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with operational policies and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Represent the organization at meetings and public events.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the business and develop strategies to mitigate them.
