Position Overview: The Commercial Manager will be responsible for negotiating contracts, leading bid teams, and managing supply chain activities. This role requires a strong background in commercial management and contract negotiation, along with the ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other professional entities to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Tender Qualification:

  • Ensure the company is qualified to participate in various tenders from government and private entities.

Bid Team Leadership:

  • Lead bid teams to develop accurate tender and proposal solutions, ensuring submissions are timely, budget-conscious, and compliant with company policies and procedures.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis, including the creation of detailed business plans to inform strategic decision-making.

Supply Chain Management:

  • Oversee supply chain activities for the division, including warehousing and procurement, to optimize operational efficiency.


Skills

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial management, contract negotiation, or a closely related field.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
