Position Overview: The Telecom Solutions Head will be responsible for developing and implementing telecom solutions that align with client requirements and industry standards. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in operations and project management, who can drive performance and foster client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development:

  • Develop and implement telecom solutions that meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards.

Operations Management:

  • Plan and manage all telecom operations, including budgeting and resource allocation, to ensure efficient service delivery.

Business Growth:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and acquire new telecom clients, driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Service Oversight:

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of telecom services, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize telecom service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess telecom service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Compliance Management:

Skills

Experience:
