Eram Talent is looking for an HR System Administrator to join our Client. . The HR System Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR software systems to ensure streamlined HR processes and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain HR information systems and related applications
- Ensure data integrity and security across HR systems by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements that support HR operations
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR systems functionality and processes
- Generate and analyze HR-related reports and data analytics to support decision-making
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement
- Assist in system upgrades, testing new functionalities, and implementation of new HR tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with HR systems and administration
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and compliance
- Proficient with HR software applications payroll system, SAP system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
