Our client, a leader in the design industry, has a vacancy for an Executive Secretary. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in executive secretarial roles, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement Management
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage meeting schedules and organize appointments.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
- Organize files and documents and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide daily administrative support to senior management.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in an executive secretarial role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement Management (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English.
