Eram Talent, a top-tier talent acquisition consultancy, is currently looking for a Work Permit Receiver (TSR Certified) to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure the safe execution of work permits in accordance with company policies and industry best practices, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and accept work permits for various tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure all necessary safety measures are accounted for prior to work commencement
- Maintain clear communication with site personnel regarding permit requirements and safety measures
- Conduct field checks to verify that personnel adhere to the conditions stipulated in the work permits
- Keep detailed records of work permits issued and maintain logs of completed work
- Report any safety incidents or near misses promptly and assist in conducting investigations as needed
Requirements
- Valid TSR Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a work permit receiver role within oil and gas or construction industries
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and work permit processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple permits simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant safety software and tools
- 3rd Party Training and TSR certified
