We are currently looking for a dedicated Saudi IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial in providing technical support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality service and assistance.
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining software and hardware systems, and providing user support. You will also be a key point of communication between the company and our clients, helping to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients for software, hardware, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications
- Document support processes, solutions, and customer interactions for future reference
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of IT systems
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Work closely with other IT professionals to address and escalate technical issues as needed
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in IT support
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficient in working with various software and hardware systems
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and accommodate urgent issues
