About the Role:

Successful candidate will be responsible to lead the technical commercialization of new product initiatives within the GCC and Export markets with a particular focus product innovation roadmap through the application of best practice in research and development for new products within a Specific Key platform/Brand for Almarai Companies, Subsidiaries and joint ventures. He will also lead the optimization of existing products and processes through effective prioritization, coordination, and management of product development resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in food science and technology or relevant Science Degree (or at least level 5 and above Food related qualification)
• At least 12 years’ product development management experience within food industry
• Relevant experience in the field of poultry or meat industries.
• Proficient in English language
• At least HACCP intermediate and ISO 22000 certified preferred
