The candidate would be mainland Chinese, Mandarin speaker, with a good working knowledge of
English; experience of Business Development in the TIC (Testing, Inspection & Certificates) sector ideally in the Middle East.
Proven track record of success in business development within the TIC industry or a related field.
In-depth understanding of TIC services and industry standards.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality service delivery.
Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to close new business deals.
