Compensation & Benefits Lead

Job Purpose:


Improving employee recruiting and retention by overseeing compensation and benefits of the Foundation and ensuring that it is competitive in the market to attract top talents and aligned with the Foundation vision and strategy.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


1- Manpower Budgeting:

  • Prepares and reviews manpower budget in the Foundation and forecasts budget for salary increases.


2- Benefits & Allowance:

  • Analyses compensation benefits in the Foundation.
  • Conducts market competitive analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits.
  • Reviews and updates employees benefits and makes sure they are aligned with HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensures appropriate compensation across all departments.


3- Salary Review & Bonus Administration:

  • Conducts annual salary review and matches it with performance evaluation to propose salary increase system.
  • Prepares annual bonus policies based on the Foundation performance and employee evaluation.


3- Job Evaluation, Salary Scale & Grading:

  • Designs, implements and manages salary scale and grading.
  • Conducts regular reviews for salary scale and grading to ensure of its relevancy.


4- Policies, Processes & Procedures:

  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.


5- Continuous Improvement:

  • Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.


6- Reporting:

  • Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet the Foundation and department requirements, policies and standards.


Qualifications and Experiences:


  • Saudi National.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Professional certificate in HR is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in the fields of HR, with at least 3 years in Benefits and Compensation role.
