Eram Talent is currently seeking a Supply Chain Lead to join our team in the oil and energy industry. As a Supply Chain Lead at Eram Talent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain function within the organization. This includes developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain, managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall supply chain processes
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
- Proficiency in software systems such MS Office, SAP, ERP, and inventory management tools
