We are looking for an IT Support Specialist graduated from a related field or has 1-2 years of experience in the field to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Manage and develop Smartsheet solutions, including dashboards, formulas, and reports.
- Maintain and develop WordPress websites, including theme and plugin management.
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including user management, security, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure.
- Create and maintain basic Power BI dashboards designs for reporting and data visualization.
- Perform regular updates, patching, and maintenance of software systems
Skills
- A degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
- Experience in IT support roles or eagerness to learn for fresh graduates.
- Familiarity with Smartsheet, WordPress, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 Admin.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on helping non-technical users.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
