The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's purchasing activities. This role involves coordinating with various departments to assess procurement needs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services. The Procurement Coordinator will also be responsible for handling contracts, tenders, and procurement processes through platforms like Etimad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source suppliers for necessary products and services.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage procurement activities through the Etimad platform.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and legal procurement standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement.
  • Knowledge of contract management and tenders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in the Etimad platform and strong English language skills.
