JASARA PMC is on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement processes for our civil engineering projects, ensuring that all purchasing activities are conducted in a cost-effective and efficient manner. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategic initiatives that align with our project goals and regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and implementing procurement policies that drive excellence within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement management or a similar role
- Proficiency in procurement best practices and regulations
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience with supplier management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Experience using procurement software and tools is a plus
