Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving Duties:

• Safely transport goods to and from specified locations.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods as per the schedule.
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition, including regular cleaning and servicing.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

1. Logistics Support:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents.
• Help in the loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain inventory records and update the logistics management system.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or issues.

1. General Duties:

• Perform routine checks and maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Assist with warehouse operations as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery-related inquiries or issues.
• Support other logistics team members with various tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a logistics or delivery role.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and inventory management systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to drive for extended periods.
• Capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 kg.
