Job Summary:

Manage and control the execution of the Project based on the project plan, and budget.

Manage the process of the reduction of the Project expenses and increase Project profitability in line with the quality standards for all Project implementation phases

Play the role of the focal point between the client and the internal departments

Prepare all plans, schedules, and reports related to the assigned Projects

Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review, and study the possibility of the project execution in line with the available resources and within the approved time frame
2. Modify all Project execution plans on the client's requirements and any unplanned modifications
3. Supervise the calculation of the materials, and quantities required based on the final drawings designed
4. Prepare all Project requirements in terms of human resources, materials, machines, and equipment
5. Calculate the Project cost of materials that will be purchased during all Project phases
6. Prepare all pricing related to all Project phases which decreases the expenses and increases Project profitability
7. Send the procurement department any requirements either will be purchased internally or externally
8. Prepare all receiving materials tables and manage the site delivery process
9. Prepare master schedules and detailed schedules for the whole Project
10. Select the Projects team based on the size of the Projects, work priorities, and client requirements
11. Based on the work priorities, prepare the equipment man over the plan with coordination with the equipment manager
12. Ensure that all safety standards are applied
13. Review Project execution and calculate the actual expenses and review them against the project budget and manage any deviations that may occur
14. Prepare all monitoring reports and Project progress reports
15. Modify Project schedules based on the actual situation of materials delivery, equipment availability
16. Manage the money collection process in line with the project implementation status
17. Work with the quality control department in all Project inspection phases
