KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  1. Manage one of the Regions Security team consisting of inspectors and shift supervisors.
  2. Report daily to the Regions Senior Security Manager and Director
  3. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.
  4. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  5. Conduct regular site-assessments of security risks, vulnerabilities, and threats, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  6. Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments, such as facilities, human resources, and legal, to address security-related issues or concerns.
  7. Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, alarm systems, and other relevant technologies.
  8. Conduct investigations into security incidents, accidents, or breaches, and provide detailed incident reports and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging security technologies, and relevant regulations to enhance security operations.
  10. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as NEOM Sectors, law enforcement agencies and security service providers.
  11. Develop and deliver security training programs for employees, ensuring awareness and compliance with security policies and procedures.
  12. Manage access control systems and procedures, including the issuance, control, and revocation of access credentials.
  13. Oversee the implementation and testing of emergency response plans and procedures. 

 

 

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

        1. Relevant years’ experience in security or a related field, with a strong background in a leadership or Manager role.
        2. In-depth knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices.
        3. Familiarity with security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
        4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
        5. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
        6. Proven evidence of conducting Site security assessments and follow up action plans.
        7. Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
        8. CPR/First Aid certification and any relevant security certifications are advantageous

 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English verbal and written essential, Arabic language advantageous.
  • Additional certifications or training in security, inspections, or related fields are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in security management.
  • Previous experience in the Middle East or on a Mega-Project advantageous
