Sales Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:


Teef Najd Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 5-7 years of sales management experience in the contracting, construction, or building materials industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships. Candidates of Arab nationality are encouraged to apply.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Sales Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies to meet company revenue targets in the contracting, construction, and building materials sectors.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, project developers, and procurement departments in the construction industry. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring they achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance across the team.

  • Market Analysis & Business Development:

Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities. Develop and nurture a pipeline of potential clients and projects to expand the company’s market share.

  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client engagement.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closure:

Lead contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining a client-centric approach. Close high-value deals and contracts with key stakeholders in the construction and contracting industries.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, business development, and project teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Collaborate on promotional activities and business growth initiatives.

  • Sales Presentations & Product Knowledge:

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the company's offerings in building materials, contracting services, and construction solutions.

  • Budget Management & Sales Operations:

Manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Implement systems to optimize the sales process, including CRM tools and other sales management software.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:


  • Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the contracting, construction, and building materials sectors, with a focus on the Middle East market.

  • Sales Leadership:

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive a sales team towards achieving targets.

  • Negotiation & Closing Skills:

Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close large deals and manage complex contracts.

  • Communication & Presentation:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. Fluent in Arabic and English (bilingual proficiency is a must).

  • Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and business opportunities.
