Senior Project Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:-



Administrative Support

  • :Provide high-level administrative support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel
  • .Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations
  • .Maintain archives

.Communication Management

  • :Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • .Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • .Draft emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Deputy GS Office
  • .Calendar Management
  • :Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • .Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events
  • .Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them

.Project Coordination

  • :Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
  • .Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of project milestones
  • .Track project progress and report updates to the executive

.Relationship Management

:Build and maintain relationships with other stakeholders on behalf of the Deputy GS Office

.Expense Management

  • :Track and reconcile expenses, process invoices, and manage budgets
  • .Prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning

.Ad-hoc Support

  • :Handle miscellaneous tasks and special requests as needed
  • .Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
