Roles and Responsibilities:-
Administrative Support
- :Provide high-level administrative support by managing schedules, handling correspondence, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel
- .Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and presentations
- .Maintain archives
.Communication Management
- :Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- .Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- .Draft emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the Deputy GS Office
- .Calendar Management
- :Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- .Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and events
- .Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them
.Project Coordination
- :Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
- .Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion of project milestones
- .Track project progress and report updates to the executive
.Relationship Management
:Build and maintain relationships with other stakeholders on behalf of the Deputy GS Office
.Expense Management
- :Track and reconcile expenses, process invoices, and manage budgets
- .Prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning
.Ad-hoc Support
- :Handle miscellaneous tasks and special requests as needed
- .Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
