Marketing Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:


Teef Najd Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of proven experience in marketing within the contracting, construction, or building materials sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase market share, enhance brand visibility, and support business growth objectives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aimed at promoting the company's products and services in the construction, contracting, and building materials industries.
  • Market Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities. Analyze the market to discover new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Brand Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong company brand, ensuring consistency in all communication and marketing efforts. Enhance brand recognition and strengthen the company’s reputation in the target markets.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development Support:
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to identify and generate leads, using marketing initiatives to support project acquisition and partnerships.
  • Content Development & Communication:
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, advertisements, and digital content. Ensure that all content aligns with the brand's identity and targets the right audience.
  • Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website updates, social media campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Ensure high engagement rates and traffic across digital channels.
  • Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s brand and services.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead and mentor a marketing team, ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Track and measure the success of campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
