Role Purpose
NEOM is looking for a Document Control Lead to join our team of professionals engaged in diverse engineering, planning, and asset development projects.

Accountabilities & Activities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track documents using the Electronic Document Management System (ACONEX) to maintain databases.
- Utilize ACONEX Workflow submittals and create templates for project submissions.
- Assist the management team in creating internal ACONEX Workflows and Sub-Workflows.
- Record document flow to and from stakeholders, main consultants, clients, etc.
- Issue transmittal letters and receipts, ensuring adherence to document control procedures.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing documents from contractors and clients, distributing correspondence internally via ACONEX Workflow as needed.
- Maintain and monitor the logging registry for project logs.
- Protect and secure confidential and proprietary information.
- Extract necessary information from ACONEX to update FPD team reports.
- Prepare all required reports for FPD and Proponent organization.
- Circulate, consolidate, and issue:
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
- Quality Dashboard.
- Weekly and Monthly Updates and Progress Reports.
- Resubmittals pending from consultants.
- Pending and overdue workflows/correspondences (internal and external).
- Create additional reports as needed.
- Request package review quotes, follow up with consultants, maintain and update all tracking log sheets.
Background, Skills & Qualifications
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and a keen attention to detail.
- Punctual, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Highly proficient in:
- Management Systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Professional (PDF).
- Aconex Document Management.
- SAP Ariba.
- Basic analytical tasks.
- Advanced typing skills.
- Data organization and storage (SharePoint).
- Experience with AutoCAD or AutoDesk applications is preferred.
- Proven ability to:
- Maintain clear and accurate records and reports.
- Use a computer to quickly input data and retrieve records and information.
- Organize workload and manage filing methods and techniques.
- Deliver results with little to no supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any engineering, computer, or business discipline.
- Professional qualification in advanced project management, computer science and/or computer applications.
